Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Allen Cards within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- The item received is different from what was described on our website
- The item has undisclosed damage not shown in the listing
- The grading or authentication is different from what was advertised
- You received an incorrect item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened from their sealed protective cases (if applicable)
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items where the return request is made after the 14-day period
- Special orders or custom items
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and photos showing any issues with the item
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back to our facility using a trackable shipping method
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item not as described, etc.).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Bank transfers may take up to 10 business days to process
If a returned item is determined to be damaged or altered after leaving our facility, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund based on the item's condition.
