At Allen Cards, we understand the importance of safely delivering your valuable collectibles. We take special care in packaging and shipping all items to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our facility.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free for orders over $100)
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days ($15.00)
- Next Day Shipping: 1 business day when ordered before 11am EST ($25.00)
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging
We take extra precaution when packaging your graded cards:
- All graded cards are shipped in protective sleeves
- Cards are secured in cardboard inserts to prevent bending
- Bubble wrap is added for additional protection
- Sturdy shipping boxes are used to prevent crushing
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
